Orders & Shipping Info


Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight and value of products in your order. For most orders, you will have the choice of either Tracked Packaging (rigid mailer) or Untracked Packaging (standard letter envelope). There is a weight threshold for Untracked Packaging, and if that weight limit is breached when placing your order, you may only be given the option for Tracked packaging. 

Shipping time begins once the order is shipped and "In Transit", so please allow up to 1-3 business days for me to prepare your order for shipment. Average domestic shipping time for Tracked Packaging may take up to 3-5 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days to account for delays in the USPS, & 14 business days during the holiday season. Untracked Packaging may take up to 7-14 business days; 21 business days with delays; 30 during the holidays.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Currently I do not offer International shipping at this time, but I'm looking into doing so in the near future! So please be patient with me 🙏- International shipping will be coming soon!

NOTE: I currently do not offer rush shipping of ANY kind at the moment; so please do not request it. All orders will be packed and shipped at the standard time and speed.


Tracked Packaging:
Rigid Mailer

  • comes with Tracking
  • a bit pricier
  • less likely to bend during shipping
  • faster shipping time
  • eligible for refund if the parcel is lost or severely damaged

Untracked Packaging:
Standard Letter Envelope

  • no tracking
  • no padding or protection during transit
  • cheaper
  • not weatherproof
  • longer shipping time
  • NOT eligible for refund if the parcel is lost or severely damaged

When you opt for Untracked Packaging, you agree to bear the risks of your package being lost or damaged, nor am I responsible if that does occur. 


Every order with Tracked Packaging will have a tracking number that will be emailed separately, so expect two separate emails: the first confirming your order, and the second informing you when your order has shipped, which will include the tracking number.

When you place an order, please make sure the address and email you provide are correct and spelled correctly. If in the event the address turns out to be incorrect, and the package is sent back to me, I will contact you, and you will be responsible for paying for the re-shipping with the correct address.


All sales are final. Most products are handmade to order, so no returns or exchanges are accepted at this time. However, if there is an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out and contact me at pomvienne@gmail.com, and I'll be more than happy to help resolve the issue.


In the event of severely damaged goods, I will need pictures as proof. Once the damages are reviewed, you are eligible for a refund or for an order replacement at no extra cost. NOTE: This only qualifies for TRACKED PACKAGING. 

For a package to be considered 'LOST', it must show that it has NOT been delivered. Please wait a reasonable amount of time before contacting me about a lost parcel; 1 month to 3 months at most. Sometimes things get lost or stuck while in transit, which can be frustrating for me and you both. I want you to get your order as soon as possible, so please have patience with the Postal System, and if your package still hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, please feel free to contact me via pomvienne@gmail.com.

If for any reason there is an issue with your order, such as a missing item or such, please don't hesitate to reach out and contact me via pomvienne@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name and order number along with the problem, and I will get back to you to assist you as soon as I am able.


If you would like to cancel an order, or adjust the items in your order (add or remove product(s)) please reach out to me at pomvienne@gmail.com with your order number, and I will cancel it for you, but please note: I can only cancel it BEFORE it ships. If your order has already shipped, it is out of my hands and I can no longer cancel or adjust it.


Any customer who attempts to chargeback for an order, before or after it arrives, without first reaching out to me to help reconcile whatever the issue may be will be BLACKLISTED and will no longer be allowed to shop in my store in the future.
